Shahram Plus JV (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor) to conclude a contract for the provision of hotel services with
by any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Guest).

                                                   1. General provisions

1.1. The fact of booking a room and/or paying for services through the website is complete and unconditional.

2.1. The Contractor provides temporary hotel accommodation services, as well as

3. Booking and payment procedure
3.1. Reservations are made through the hotel's website.
3.2. Payment is accepted by bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, Uzcard, Humo, etc.) via
the bank's secure payment gateway.
3.3. The amount and format of the payment (full payment or prepayment) depend on the selected tariff.
4. Cancellation and refund of funds
4.1. The cancellation conditions are determined by the selected fare.
4.2. Funds are refunded to the same bank card that was used

4.3. The refund period is from 3 to 14 banking days, depending on the issuing bank.
4.4. In case of no-show, no refund will be made unless otherwise provided.

7.1. The Contractor has the right to change the terms of the offer without prior notice.
